Stock SolutionsLearn to Prosper
Terms and Conditions
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Learn to Prosper LLC (“Stock Solutions”, “we”, “us”) about using the Stock Solutions trade journal: the website and the Discord bot (together, “the service”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the bot’s commands, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. What the service is
Stock Solutions is a journal for your own trades. You can log futures, stock and options trades in Discord or on the website, import broker files, and see your results, charts, calendars, reviews, goals, monthly check-ins and practice trades in Chart replay. It is a record-keeping and learning tool. It does not place trades, hold money, or connect to your brokerage account.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in the service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Statistics, charts, calendars, “R” values, goals and practice results are for your own review and education. Trading futures, options and stocks involves substantial risk, and you can lose more than you invest. Past results, including practice results in Chart replay, do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the service.
- You can sign in with Discord or with an email and password. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us through Support if you think someone else has used it.
- If you sign in with Discord, Discord’s own terms also apply to your Discord account.
- One account per person. Don’t sign in as someone else or share an account.
4. Your content
Your trades, notes, reviews, journal entries, screenshots, goals, check-ins, chart drawings and support tickets (“your content”) stay yours. You give us permission to store, process, back up and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don’t upload anything that isn’t yours to share, anything illegal, or other people’s private information.
What you post on the Community page (posts, comments, chart pictures, and trades you choose to share) is shown to other signed-in members with your name and avatar. A review you mark “OK to show on the website” can appear on the public front page with your first name only, after an admin approves it. You can delete your posts, comments and review at any time.
If you log a trade with the bot in a Discord server, the trade alert is posted in that server for its members to see (unless you choose the private option), and it can be counted, without your name, in the server’s weekly recap.
5. Changing and deleting trades
- Trades you add on the website can be edited, and deleted for 7 days after you add them (with a 24-hour undo). After that they’re locked.
- Trades logged in Discord, imported from a broker file, or locked after 7 days can be changed or removed by an admin when you send a “Request a change” from the trade’s page.
- Admins may correct or remove trades to fix mistakes, duplicates or misuse.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service. For example, don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data, get around security or rate limits, scrape or overload the service, use it to harass anyone (including in support tickets and on the Community page), post spam, sell signals, courses or accounts, promise profits, or use it for anything unlawful. Admins may hide or remove community posts and comments that break these rules. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Market data and calculations
Charts and Chart replay use free third-party market data (currently Yahoo Finance), which may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, unavailable, or different from your broker’s prices; futures charts use a continuous front-month contract. Profit and loss, commissions, fees, R multiples and other figures are calculated from what you enter and from contract specifications, and may contain errors. Always check against your broker’s statements. Economic and earnings calendars come from third-party sources and may be wrong or change.
8. Availability and changes
The service is run by Stock Solutions on its own computer or server and may sometimes be offline, slow or interrupted. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We keep regular backups, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or that data can always be recovered.
9. Price
The service is currently free. If we ever start charging, we’ll tell you before anything is charged, and paid features will have their own terms.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account and all of your data yourself in Settings → Your data → Delete my account (or ask us through the Support page). We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stock Solutions and its operators, admins and contributors will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which, while the service is free, is zero). Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll let you know on the website or in Discord. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
